Coverage Level: moderate

Search Summary:
Completed 4 county broad queries, 4 county direct-source queries, 4 alias queries, 5 category passes, opened or directly reviewed 9 candidate pages/results, attempted 0 blocked-source recoveries, and accepted 1 incident blocks (1 validated, 0 provisional). A required second recovery pass and v5 ledger re-review were completed because fewer than three incidents were accepted.

Coverage Notes:
All assigned counties received both mandatory query types; principal aliases and all five category passes were checked. Official/public-safety, local, regional, fire/rescue, traffic, and emergency source families were reviewed. Coverage is moderate; low volume reflects the candidate ledger after v5 re-review, not skipped counties.

Known Gaps:
- Some agency pages expose only current indexes or limited archives; accessible alternates and established local sources were used where available.
- No incident coordinates were retained because structured lookups did not yield a source-verified decimal scene location; no centroids were invented.
